茶色素与吉非贝齐治疗高脂血症和高尿酸血症的比较

目的：比较茶色素与吉非贝齐治疗高脂、高尿酸血症的疗效及其安全性。方法：高脂血症病人１２５例，分为茶色素组８０例（男性５４例，女性２６例，年龄 ６５ ａ± ｓ ６ ａ），给茶色素 １２５ ｍｇ， ｔｉｄ × ６０ｄ；吉非贝齐组４５例（男性２９例，女性１６例，年龄６４ ａ± ５ａ），给吉非贝齐 ３００ ｍｇ， ｔｉｄ × ６０ ｄ。结果：２组降 ＴＣ总有效率分别为 ８２％， ６３％（ Ｐ＞ ０． ０５），降ＴＧ总有效率分别为８４％，8ｌ％（Ｐ＞０．０５），升ＬDＬ－Ｃ的总有效率分别为 ７４％， ６５％（ Ｐ＞ ０． ０５），高脂血症伴高尿酸血症４１例，用茶色素治疗后，血尿酸呈非常显著性下降（Ｐ＜０．０１）。茶色素组未发现不良反应。吉非贝齐组有１９例（４２％）ＡＬＴ-过性升高。结论：茶色素与吉非贝齐调脂作用相似，茶色素降高血尿酸作用确切，且安全。

Tea-pigment vs gemfibrozil in treating hyperlipidemia and high uric acid in blood

AIM: To compare the effect and safety of tea-pigment and gemfibrozil in treating hyperlipidemia and complication of high uric acid. METHODS: Eighty patients (M 54, F 26; age 65 ± s 6 a) received tea-pigment 125 mg, po, tid for 60 d, and 45 patients(M 29, F 16, ape 64 ± 5 a) received gemfibrozil 300 mg, po, tid for 60 d. RESULTS: The total effective rates for reducing cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) in tea-pigment group and gemfibrozil group were 82%, 84% and 63 %, 81 % respectively(P > 0. 05 ). The total effective rates for raising high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) in tea-pigment group and gemfihrozil group were 74 %, 65 % respectively (P > 0. 05 ). The serum uric acid was reduced significantly in 41 patients with both hyperlipidemia and high uric acid treated by tea-pigment. No remarkable adverse reaction was found in tea-pigment group, while transient elevation of serum ALT was observed in 19 patients (42% ) in gembibrozil group. CONCLUSION: Tea-pigment is a good drug in adjusting serum lipid and reducing serum uric acid tea-pigment in adjusting serum lipid effect is equal to gemfibrozil.
