| 摘 要： | 回顾分析 2 0例穿通子宫内膜的子宫肌瘤挖除术的手术方式及随访结果。结果显示 ;2 0例术后均无痛经症状。 15例月经过多者 ,14例月经症状完全消失。 8例有生育要求者受孕 6例 ,5例行剖宫产分娩。提示 :子宫肌瘤挖除过程中穿通宫腔 ,仍可通过仔细缝合而达手术成功。

Analysis of 20 myomectomys with endometrium penetrated |

| Abstract: | myomectomys with the endometrium penetrated are reviewed retrospectively.The result shows that all the patients haven′t had dysmenorrhea after operation;among 15 menorrhagia patients,14 patients were cured;among 8 patients with fertile hope,six patients got pregnancy and five patients deliveried by cesarean section.Conclusion:Myomectomy could succeed by suturing cautiously if unterine cavity was penetrated in the operation. |
