成人呼吸窘迫综合征21例临床分析

目的　总结成人呼吸窘迫综合征 (ARDS)的诊断治疗经验。方法　对 1997～ 2 0 0 0年共 4年间我院ARDS病人的病因、机器通气治疗中呼吸机参数的调节、通气方式的选择、死亡率进行分析。结果　ARDS的病因多种多样 ,主要有脑挫伤、胸部损伤、严重感染、休克、吸入毒气、急性胰腺炎等 ,死亡率为 3 8 1%(8/ 2 1)。结论　ARDS在临床上仍不少见 ,病因多种多样 ,死亡率较高 ,应引起重视。机械通气能提高ARDS的抢救成功率

Clinical analyses of 21 cases of adults respiratory distress syndrome

ObjectiveTo summarize the diag nostic and therapeutic experience of adults respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS). MethodsWe analysed the causes of ARDS,the regulation of respir ator parameter during the mechanical ventilation treatment,the choice of the ven tilation manners and the death rate during the four years(from 1997 to 2000).ResultsARDS had many kinds of causes including brain contuse,thor ax wound,severe infection,shock,inhalaton of toxic gas,acute pancreatitis and so on.The mortality was 38.1%(8/21).ConclusionARDS is still popu lar in the clinic.It has many kinds of causes and the mortality rate is very hig h.So we should pay more attention.The mechanical ventilation can improve the rat e of success of ARDS emergency treatment.
