| Abstract: | We have used a cloned cDNA probe for human apolipoprotein CII (apo CII) and Southern blotting techniques to identify the human apo CII gene in DNA from a series of rodent × human somatic cell hybrids. Our results provide evidence for the assignment of this gene to human chromosome 19. |
