| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨红细胞计数与平均红细胞体积比值在地中海贫血初筛中的应用价值。方法:对122例地中海贫血患者和41例缺血性贫血患者及100例健康体检者(对照组)血细胞进行分析测定,比较其红细胞计数与平均红细胞体积比值,并对结果作相关统计学分析。结果:地中海贫血组红细胞计数高于对照组(P<0.05),缺铁性贫血组红细胞计数低于对照组(P<0.05);地中海贫血组红细胞计数/平均红细胞体积比值高于对照组和缺铁性贫血组(P<0.05)。以红细胞计数/平均红细胞体积比值>5.9作为筛查指标其灵敏度为95.1%,特异度为92.0%。结论:红细胞计数/平均红细胞体积比值是筛查地中海贫血的可靠指标,具有特异性、敏感性较高,方便、直观的特点。
