摘    要:持续光线照射可诱发鸡眼球增大。本文研究持续光照(24小时光照:0小时黑暗/天)对鸡眼内压、角膜弯曲度、房水蛋白及房水引流系统超微结构的影响,并与对照组(12小时光照:12小时黑暗/天)进行了比较。结果显示对照组鸡眼内压昼夜有规律地变化。在持续光照下,鸡限内压昼夜变化消失,角膜弯曲度明显减少。房水蛋白光密度测定显示两组间无显著差异。组织学检查未发现两组间显著性差异,提示在持续光照下,鸡眼球增大并非因限内压增高所致。本文对可能的机制进行了探讨。

Abstract:Continuous light illumination may induce the enlargement of the chicked eye. In this report, the influences of colltinuous illumination (24 hour light /day) on chicken's intraocular pressure, comeal curvature, aqueous protein and ultrastructure of aqueous outflow system were studied and the results were compared with those of the control group (12 hour light/day: 12 hour dark/day). Our results showed that there were regular diurnal changes of chicken's intraocular pressure in the control group, while in the experimental groupl the regular diurnal changes disappeared and the comeal curvature decreased markedly. Tit, differences in the light density of aqueous protein and histological changes between the two groups were not significant, suggesting that under continuous illumination, the enlargement of chicken eyeball is not caused by the elevation of the intraocular pressure. The possible pathogenic mechanism of the enlargement was discussed.
