脑血管意外患者医院感染相关因素分析及护理对策

目的对脑血管意外患者医院感染的相关因素进行调查分析,以便采取有效防治措施降低医院感染的发生率。方法对金堂县第一人民医院2007年1月至2009年1月脑血管意外患者医院感染情况进行回顾性调查分析。结果脑血管意外患者医院感染的发生与年龄、意识状态、卧床时间、住院时间、侵入性操作、抗生素和糖皮质激素使用等有关;感染部位多见于肺部、泌尿道,符合神经内科患者最常见的医院感染部位;革兰阴性细菌仍是主要的医院感染菌种,但革兰阳性菌及真菌所致感染有呈现上升趋势。结论加强对科内护士的医院内感染专业知识的培训,加强健康宣教、病房管理、规范无菌操作,减少侵入性的操作,缩短住院时间,合理使用抗生素和糖皮质激素,强化基础护理,重视预防,注意病情观察,早期发现医院内感染,及时作相应治疗是控制医院感染的有效护理措施。

The Analysis and Nursing about Cerebral Vascular Accident Related Factors of Hospital Infection in Patients

Objective Patients with cerebral vascular accident related factors of hospital infection in the investigation and analysis in order to take effective control measures to reduce the incidence of hospital infection.Methods The hospital in January 2007 ～ January 2009 in patients with cerebrovascular accident hospital infection were retrospectively analyzed.Results Cerebral vascular accident occurrence of hospital infection in patients with age,state of consciousness,time in bed,invasive procedures,antibiotic use etc;the site ofinfection more common in the lungs,urinary tract,consistent with the patient the most common neurological infection site;leather Gram-negative bacteria is still the main hospital infection bacteria,However,Gram-positive bacteria and fungal infection caused by the rise.Conclusions Nurses on the Division＇s expertise in hospital infection in the training,to strengthen health education,ward management,the standard aseptic technique to reduce the invasive operation,the rational use of antibiotics,strengthening primary care,emphasis on prevention,attention to observed conditions,early hospital infection was found in time for the appropriate treatment is an effective hospital infection control nursing.
