中医药控制哮喘的临床实践与研究

目的 组织筛选中医药适宜技术治疗哮喘。方法 采用针灸、推拿、拔火罐、贴敷、中医药验方等方法对237例哮喘患者进行临床观察。结果 观察50例儿童哮喘康复期应用拔火罐后缩短病程2～3天，明显优于不用拔罐组；应用针灸、按摩、贴敷组合方案治疗145例哮喘患者，近控者占22．8％，显效41．6％，有效31．1％，无效4．5％；观察42例哮喘缓解期，内服中药后，控制复发显效27例，有效11例，无效4例。结论 针对“邪伏肺俞”采用中医药复方“多靶点”技术能减轻，消除哮喘患者使用激素引起的副反应，增强临床疗效，有利于患者哮喘的康复。

The clinical research of the asthma controllment treated by the traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To organize and select the appropriative techniques to treat the asthmatic Datients by the Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods 237 asthmatic patients were treated by the acupuncture and moxi bution, massage, cuppmg, application and internal medicine, etc. Results 50 asthmatic Datients in rehabilitation stage who were treated by the cupping, it was showed that the treatment period was reduced two or three days which was obviously prior to the ones who were not treated by the cupping. Among the 145 asthmatic panents who were treated by the acupuncture and moxibution, massage, application, the recent controlled Ones accounted for 22.8%, obvio, us effective 41.6%, effective 31.1% and no effective 4.5%; The 42 asthmatic Datients in rellVed period were treated by the internal Chinese medicine to control the asthma reoccurrence among whom the obvious effective ones were 27, effective ones were 11 and non effective were 4. Conclusion the multlple-aim techniques of TCM could relief and eliminate the side effects of hormones, strengthen the clinical ellectiveness, thus are beneficiaI for the rehabilitation of asthmatic patients.
