摘 要: | 目的:复制饮水型大鼠氟中毒动物模型。方法:用含不同浓度氟化钠(0、25、50、100、150mg/L)的蒸馏水饲喂Wistar大鼠6个月,观察大鼠体重、氟斑牙、骨骼X线征像等改变情况。结果:100mg/L组和150mg/L组的生长发育受到明显阻碍;氟中毒大鼠全部出现氟斑牙;骨X线改变以骨盆骨结构异常多见,实验4个月发生早期氟骨症征象。结论:长期大量饮用含氟化钠(100mg/L)的水可以引起氟中毒,表现为严重影响生长发育、氟斑牙、氟骨症和组织病理学改变。

Abstract: | Objective:To duplicate the animal model of drinking water type fluorosis. Methods:3-week-old male Wistar rats were fed with water containing sodium fluoride of 0,25,50,100,150 mg/L for 6 months respectively. The weight, dental fluorosis, and bone X-ray changes of rat were observed. Results: Compared with the control group, the growth was markedly retarded in 100mg/L group and 150 mg/L group, and all the rats suffered from dental fluorosis. Abnormalities were mainly observed in pelvis, and early skeletal fluorosis was found in 4 months. Conclusions:It is proved that fluorosis is caused by ingesting over-dose fluoride in water for a long time;fluoride in water not only affects the growth,but also leads to dental fluorosis, skeletal fluorosis and other histopathological changes |
