微创经皮肾镜碎石取石术中常见问题护理措施

目的]探讨微创经皮肾镜取石术术中常见护理问题及处理措施。方法]回顾性分析2005年1月—2006年8月间我院完成的经皮肾镜碎石取石术治疗肾结石和输尿管上段结石200例,分析围术期出现的并发症的原因,探讨护理处理措施。结果]200例中并发出血5例,胸腔积液2例,腹腔积液1例,术后感染5例,水中毒和低钠血症2例,低体温和寒战分别为3例和10例,有39例病人在术中因体位不适出现躁动,经对症对因处理,全部治愈。结论]微创经皮肾镜虽为微创手术,但仍存在着发生并发症的风险,加强术中护理有利于并发症的防治。

Common problems existed and calculus remove and its nursing strategies

Objective:To evaluate the occurrence and management of problem during in micro-wound percutaneous nephroscope lithodialysis(MPCNL).Methods:The data of 200 cases of MPCNL from January 2005 to August 2006 were reviewed,including 127 male and 73 female cases.All causes and managements of perioperative complications were analyzed.Results:Among 200 cases of MPCNL,5 had massive hemohage;2 cases had pleural effusion,1 case had hydroperitoneum,lcase had pyocalix,3 casas hacl hypothermia,10 cases had shivering;39 cases had restlessness because of position.All had been cured by using effective managements.Conclusion:MPCNL is minimally invasive operation.Enhancing the nursing during the operation is beneficial to prevent and to cure the complication of this procedure.
