中西药结合治疗褥疮的疗效观察

摘    要:目的 寻找一种治疗褥疮的有效方法。方法  1 82例褥疮患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 91例 ,在常规治疗与护理的基础上局部给中西药结合配制的药物治疗。对照组 91例 ,仅给常规治疗与护理 ,两组疗程均为 1 4天。结果 在 期褥疮中治疗组治愈率 6 4 .3% ,对照组 2 5 .9% (P<0 .0 1 ) ;在 期褥疮中治疗组治愈率 4 8.6 % ,对照组 2 5 % (P<0 .0 5 )。未见严重不良反应。结论 :中西药结合治疗法是治疗褥疮的有效办法

Abstract:Objective:To search an effective therapeutic method in treatment of bedsore.Methods:One hundred and eighty two cases of bedsore were divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=91) was treated with "integration of traditional chinese and westem medicin" in the bedsore on the basis of routine treatment and nurse.The control group(n=91)was treated with routine treatment and nurse only.There were 14 days for the therapy course in both 2 groups.Results:In the first period bedsore,the cure rates were 64.3% and 25.9% in treatment group,the cure rates were 64.3% and 25.9% in treatment group and control group respectively (P<0.01).In the second period bedsore,the cure rates were 48.6% and 25% in treatment group and control group respectively(P<0.05),and no serious sideeffect was found.Conclusions:"Integration of traditonal chinese and western medicine" is an effective method for treating bedsore.
