| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双氯芬酸钠栓塞肛术后镇痛的效果。方法将痔疮术后患者随机分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),对照组采用常规术后肌注杜冷丁,治疗组采用双氯芬酸钠肛门给药。结果给予双氯芬酸钠栓后镇痛作用最快7min,最慢2h,平均25min,总有效率93.0%。结论双氯芬酸钠栓直肠给药可作为一种痔疮术后简单方便、经济,行之有效的镇痛方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the curative effects of diclofenac sodium suppositories on easing pains after hemorrhoidectomy.Methods Eighty cases with hemorrhoidectomy were divided into 2 groups in a randomized control study.The observation group(n=40)was slipped in anus with diclofenac sodium suppositories and the control group(n=40)was intramascularly injected with dolantin after the operation.Results The time of easing pains after hemorrhoidectomy with diclofenac sodium suppositories slipped in anus was 7 minutes to 2 hours,with an average time of 25 minutes.The availability rate of the observation group was 93.0%.Conclusions To apply diclofenac sodium suppositories into anus after hemorrhoidectomy is a simple,safe,economical and effective method for easing pains. |
