| Abstract: | A case of lymphoma of the adrenal glands is presented. Both computed tomography (CT) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) demonstrated large bilateral adrenal masses with no other associated abdominal abnormalities. MR was better able to demonstrate inferior vena caval patency than CT, and effectively exclude pheochromocytoma as a differential diagnostic consideration due to signal characteristics of the masses. |
