| 摘 要： | 作者对饮水试验阳性的30例可疑青光眼者作了追踪观察。60眼中43眼饮水试验阳性经2～8年(平均5年)的随访,仅7眼诊为原发性开角型青光眼(POAG),包括在试验当时已经可以确诊的青光眼1例在内。有1例POAG的伴随眼饮水试验阴性也诊为PoAG。其余36眼虽经2～8年随访,目前仍无青光眼证据,证明本试验对早期原发性开角型青光眼诊断价值不大,建议弃用。

| Abstract: | Thirty cages of suspected primary open angle glaucoma (POAG), who had manifested a positive water-drinking test were followed up regularly for evaluation.Among them, 43 eyes showed positive results and were followed-up for 2-8 years (average, 5 years). POAG was confirmed in only seven eyes including one eye which had been diagnosed as POAG when the water-drinking test was given.Another eye which was the contralateral eye of a patient with glaucoma showed a negitive water-drinking test but became POAG during the follow up period.The remaining 36 eyes showed positive water-drinking tests gave no evidence of POAG, after 2-8 years of observation.The results indicate that the water-drinking test seems to be of little value for detecting early POAG. The test might be abandoned. |
