摘    要:着重分析了影响新护士长进入角色的因素有:人际关系的变化,缺乏管理知识与管理艺术。采取的对策有:热爱护理专业,以身作则;提高护理管理水平和专业技能;正确处理好人际关系;护理部加强对新护士长的指导。从而使新护士长顺利地实现向护士长的角色转变和适应。对27名新护士长采取对策前后管理能力、专业技能、与护士关系等满意分进行统计学t检验,P均<0.01,有显著性差异。说明采取相应对策后,对新护士长尽快进入角色起到重要的作用。提高了护理的管理能力,专业技能,改善与护士关系。

Abstract:The authors argued that the factors barriering the adaptation of new-appointed head nurses into the new post included changes of interpersional relations and lack of management knowledge and arts. They came up with the countermeasures such as taking a lead in devoting to the nursing specialty, improving abilities in nursing management and professional techniques, correctly handling interpersonal relations and the department of nursing administration strengthening its direction for them so as to promote and adapt them in their role transfer. 27 new-appointed head nurses were surveyed statistically before and after the enforcement of measures by t-test, showing significant difference in view of management ability, professional techniques and relation with nurses (P<0.01). It indicated that the measures have played an important role in the adaptation of new-appointed head nurses to their new posts, who have improved their management ability, professional techniques and relation with nurses.
