| 摘 要： | 评价痰热清注射液对支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。将58例支气管哮喘急性发作患者随机分为2组,均予西医基础治疗,治疗组加用痰热清注射液,2组疗程均为1周。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为86.67%和82.14%,差异无显著性;但治疗后治疗组VC、FVC、FEV_1和FEV_1%改善均较对照组明显。说明痰热清注射液治疗支气管哮喘急性发作疗效满意。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the clinical effect of Tanreqing injection on the patients with acute bronchial asthma.The 58 patients were divided randomly into two groups and treated the basic western medical therapy for one week while the test group was plused Tanreqing injection.The results showed that the total effective rates of the test group and control group were 86.67% and 82.14% respectively,there was no difference;but the VC,FVC,FEV_1 and FEV_1% of the test group had been better improved than that of the control group. This indicates that Tanreqing injection has better curative effect for bronchial asthma patients with acute exac- erbation. |
