子宫肉瘤31例临床分析

目的探讨子宫肉瘤的临床特点与存活率的关系。方法回顾性分析子宫肉瘤31例的术前诊断、临床分期、病理类型、治疗措施与存活率。治疗措施以手术为主、辅以化疗。术后2、5年对患者随访登记进行回顾性分析。结果31例患者中23例死亡，其中19例死于复发（61．3％）。术后2年存活率为49％，5年存活率32．25％。I期子宫肉瘤2、5年存活率高于II、III、IV期（P〈0．05）。结论子宫肉瘤预后与临床分期、病理类型、治疗方法密切相关。

Analysis of 31 Cases with Uterine Sarcoma

Objective TO explore the relationship between clinical characteristics of uterine sarcoma and survival rate. Methods Thirty-one patients with uterine sarcoma were retrospectively analyzed, including clinical stage, pathological type, treatment measure and survival rate. The treatment measures were operation and chemotherapy. All cases were followed-up two years and five years after operation. Results 23 cases died among total of 31 cases and 19 died because of recurrence among the 23cases( recurrence rate was 61.3% ). The survival rate was 48.38% after 2 years and 32. 25% after 5 years. Two years and five years survival rate of patients at stage Ⅰ was higher than the patients at stage Ⅱ.Ⅲ.Ⅳ. (P< 0. 05). Conclusion Clinical stage, pathological type, treatment measures are correlated with survival period after operation in patients with uterine sarcoma.
