| 摘 要： | 18例重型慢性活动性肝炎(重型慢活肝)应用前列腺素E_1(PGE_1)加综合疗法治疗,16例仅用综合疗法治疗。结果表明,PGE_1不仅能抗脂质过氧化,而且具有调节环核苷酸、前列环素/血栓素A_2平衡及显著改善肝功能等多种生物学效能。

| Abstract: | Thirty-four patients with severe chronic active viral hepatitis were divided into 2 groups. One group was treated with prostaglandin E_1, (PGE_1,) and supportive therapy, and the other was treated with supportive therapy only and served as the control. The effects of PGE_1, on plasma lipid peroxides (LPO) level, plasma prostacyclin (PGI_2) and thromboxane A_2 (TXA_2), plasma cyclic nucleotide and liver function were determined to investigate the mechanism of PGE1. It was found that PGE_1 could achieve the following effects.1. Reduction of plasma LPO level (P<0.05) .2. Reduction of plasma TXA2 level and elevation of plasma PGI2 level and PGI2 /TXA2 ratio (P<0.01) .3. Increase of plasma cAMP/ cGMP ratio (P<0.01) .4. Improvement of liver function.The results suggest that the functions of PGE, are anti-lipid peroxidation, improvement of hepatic microcirculation, and bile secretion, regulation of immune response, and promotion of hepatocyte regeneration. |
