61例小儿结核性脑膜炎诊断体会

目的 总结及探讨小儿结核性脑膜炎的诊断方法。方法 对61例诊断为结核性脑膜炎的患儿的临床资料进行回顾分析。结果 小儿结核性脑膜炎、临床表现复杂误诊率高及误诊原因多样。结论 结脑的诊断要特别慎重，除了详细询问病史，尤其是结核病史及与结核患者密切接触史外，还要进行脑脊液、全胸片、PPD试验，头颅CT等各种必要检查；在接诊具有颅内感染征状体症的病者，要高度警惕结核性脑膜炎。

The Diagnostic Realization of 61 Cases of Infantile Tuberculosis Meningitis

Objective To summarize and discuss the diagnostic method of infantile tuberculosis meningitis.Methods The clinical datas of 61 infantile patients diagnosed as tuberculosis meningitis are analyzed retrospectively.Results Infantile tuberculosis meningitis has complicated clinical manifestation, high rate of misdiagnosis and various reasons of misdiagnosis.Conclusion It should be very prudent to diagnose tuberculosis meningitis.Apart from careful enquiry about the medical history,in particular, the history of tuberculosis and history of the close contact with patients suffering from tuberculosis meningitis,the test about the cerebrospinal fluid,the entire chest X-ray film and PPD,the necessary check of head CT,should be carried out.We should maintain sharp vigilance over tuberculosis meningitis when diagnosing the patients with the symptom of intracranial infection.
