脱敏贴治疗过敏性鼻炎70例疗效观察及护理

目的 研究WK-200l型一次性使用脱敏贴治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果及护理方法。方法 将140例确诊为过敏性鼻炎患者按就诊次序分为实验组与对照组，实验组(70例)采用WK-2001型一次性使用脱敏贴治疗；对照组(70例)口服开瑞坦进行治疗。两组均连续治疗4个疗程后观察1年。结果 实验组总有效率96．01％，对照组总有效率75．38％，经统计学检验，两组差异具有显著性。结论 WK-2001型一次性使用脱敏贴治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果确切，无副作用，使用方便，易于推广。

Clinic Observation of WK-2001-Tuomintie on 70 Allergic Rhinitis Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of WK-2001-Tuomintie on allergic rhinitis, to probe its nursing methods. Methods 140 allergic rhinitis patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group. The WK-2001-Tuomintie was used in the study group, and Loratadine Tablets was used in the control group. During the study and one year after the study,the data were collected and analyzed. Results 132 patients were followed up(follow-up rate 94.39%).The total curative effect rate of the study group was 96.01%, and that of the control group was 75.38%, there was significant difference in statistics. Conclusions It is showed that WK-2001-Tuomintie for allergic rhinitis can gain better outcome than Loratadine Tablets, It is a kind of ideal treatment for the allergic rhinitis patients.
