| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声诊断闭合性腹部损伤后小肠损伤的价值。方法分析34例闭合性腹部损伤后小肠损伤超声声像图表现,并与X线、CT等诊断方法比较。结果闭合性腹部损伤后小肠损伤超声表现为腹腔内积液、游离气体、腹部低回声团块、局部肠壁回声改变、门静脉内流动性气体微泡。结论腹部超声检查在闭合性腹部损伤后小肠损伤的诊断中具有重要价值。
