| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨依那普利对 65岁以上高血压左心室肥厚的治疗作用。方法 :对住院65岁以上高血压患者经多普勒彩色超声心动检查确诊为左心室肥厚患者 72例 ,服用依那普利 2 4周 ,分别测定治疗前后左心室肥厚指标变化。结果 :治疗前后左心室重量对比及左心室重量指数对比均有极显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论 :长期服用依那普利能有效地逆转左心室肥厚。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the efficiency of Enalapril on hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy in 65 year plus patients.Methods:72 cases of hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophyby were enrolled by employing Doppler ultrasoniccardiogram examination, and were treated with Enalapril for 24 weeks.The left ventricle weight were checked before and after the treatment. Results: There was significant difference in left ventricle weight contrast and left ventricle weight index contrast (P<0.01)before and after the treatment .Conclusion: Long time taking Enalapril is effective in reversing left ventricular hypertrophy. |
