摘    要:目的:进行了水飞蓟素固体脂质纳米粒动物体内的生物利用度研究.方法:采用HPLC测定Beagle犬血浆中水飞蓟宾浓度,在选定的液相条件下,水飞蓟宾分离良好.结果:受试制剂和益肝灵片体内药动学均符合一室模型,水飞蓟素固体脂质纳米粒的相对生物利用度分别为258%.结论:水飞蓟素固体脂质纳米粒具有较高的生物利用度,固体脂质纳米粒是提高难溶性药物口服生物利用度的良好载体.

Abstract:AIM: To study the oral bioavailability of silymarin-loaded solid lipid nanoparticles(SM-SLN). METHODS: Beagle dogs were employed as experiment animals, Yiganling Pian(Silymarin,SM) was used as the reference preparation. Silybin plasma concentration in rat was determined by RP-HPLC with UV detector. RESULTS: The pharmacokinetics of tested preparation and Yiganling Pian met with one-compartment, the relative bioavailability of SM-SLN was 258%(Yiganling Pian as reference). CONCLUSION: Results indicate that SM-SLN has better bioavailability than the reference preparation. It confirmes that SLN is one of good carrier for improving oral bioavailability of poorly-soluble drugs.
