| 摘 要： | RNA干扰（RNA interference，RNAi）技术是通过小干扰RNA(siRNA)降解具有序列同源性的mRNA分子而实现的基因表达沉默。目前将RNAi应用于丙型肝炎基因治疗的研究备受关注。siRNA能够有效抑制病毒复制和蛋白表达。但要将该技术应用于丙型肝炎临床治疗仍然存在很多问题。

| Abstract: | RNA interference (RNAi) is an phenomenon in which small interfering RNA (siRNA) degrades the target RNA molecule in a sequence-specific manner to silence the gene expression. In recent years, RNAi is the focus in the gene therapy for hepatitis C. The siRNA is effective in inhibiting virus replication and protein expression, but there are many difficulties in clinic therapy for hepatitis C by RNAi. |
