RP—HPLC法测定传统朝医方两仪煎中梓醇的含量

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定熟地黄和山茱萸水煎液梓醇含量的方法。方法：色谱条件DiamonsilC18（250mmx4．6mm，5Izm），流动相为乙腈一水（1：99），流速1．0ml·min^-1，柱温40°C，检测波长为210nm。结果：梓醇在0．0475～O．3325tzg范围内线性良好（r=0．9995），平均加样回收率（n=9）100．48％，RSD为1．83％。结论：RP—HPLC法梓醇的含量，方法准确，灵敏，可靠。

Determination of Catalpol in Liangyijian of Traditional Korean Medical Prescription using RP-HPLC

Objective： An accurate HPLC method is described for determination of the extract of Prepared Rehmannia Root and Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit. Methods： The HPLC with an analytical column Diamonsil C18 （250 mm ：〈4. 6 mm 5 μm） was used. acetonitrile - water 99：1 （v/v） was used as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL ~ min-~ , The column temperature was 40℃ and detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results： The founded linearity of catalpol was in the range of 0. 0475 to 0. 3325μg （ r = 0. 9995） . The average recovery rate （ n = 9） of catalpol was 100. 48%, with RSD of 1.83%. Conclusion： The contents of catal- Dol in the extract of Prepared Rehmannia Root and Asiatic Cornelian Cherry Fruit. The method is accurate, sensitivite and reliable.
