探讨手术室转科护士培训模式

目的：探讨适合手术室转科护士培训的模式。方法：改变传统的培训模式“一对一带教”，采用“集中岗前培训理论和操作后再一对一带教”的模式，并对两年理论和操作考试成绩进行统计分析。结果：巩固了转科护士的无菌观念、掌握了无菌技术操作，手术配合能力明显提高，理论和操作考试成绩有显著差异。结论：对手术室转科护士实行集中岗前培训理论和操作后再一对一带教的模式，效果良好，值得推广应用。

An Investigation of Training Model of Operating Room Associate Nurses
