聚乙二醇电解质散剂在妇科腹腔镜术前肠道准备中的应用

目的:探讨聚乙二醇电解质散剂在妇科腹腔镜术前肠道准备中的应用效果.方法:将260例行妇科腹腔镜手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各 130例,实验组口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂进行术前肠道准备,对照组口服20%甘露醇500 ml+0.3%肥皂水清洁灌肠进行术前肠道准备,观察、比较两组首次和末次排便时间、服药后不良反应情况,并且评估两组肠道清洁效果和患者满意度.结果:两组首次、末次及首次至末次排便时间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05,P＜0.01).实验组肠道清洁效果优于对照组(P＜0.01),患者满意度高于对照组(P＜0.01),而腹胀、腹泻、腹痛、高敏反应及肛门不适感发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:口服聚乙二醇电解质散剂行妇科腹腔镜术前肠道准备用时短、不良反应少,可操作性强,适用于临床工作.

Application of polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder to the bowel preparation before gynecologic laparoscopic surgery

Objective: To investigate the effect of polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder in the bowel preparation before gynecologic laparoscopic surgery.Methods: 260 women patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups(130 cases in each group).The patients in the experimental group were orally given polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder for preoperative bowel preparation and the patients in the control group were given 500 ml of 20% mannitol orally and cleansing enema with 0.3 % soapy water for preoperative bowel preparation.The first and last time of defecation and the adverse reactions after taking the drug were compared between the two groups;the bowel cleansing effect and the degree of patient’s satisfaction were assessed in both groups.Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the first and last time of defecation and the time from the first to last bowel movement between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01);the bowel cleansing effect was better in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.01);the degree of patient’s satisfaction was higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.01);the incidence of abdominal distension and diarrhea,abdominal pain,hypersensitivity reaction and the anal discomfort was lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Taking polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder orally has the advantages of shorter bowel preparation,fewer adverse reactions and simple operation for bowel preparation before gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
