护理干预对门静脉高压脾切除术患者围术期血糖水平的影响

目的:探讨护理干预对门静脉高压脾切除术患者围手术期血糖水平的影响.方法:将82例肝炎后肝硬化、门静脉高压脾切除术患者随机分为实验组与对照组各41例,对照组术前给予肝胆外科常规护理及术前指导;实验组根据手术时间安排采取积极的护理干预措施,包括饮食、运动、血糖监测等.两组均在入院第2日晨空腹测基础血糖,术后24 h、48 h、72 h监测血糖,对所收集资料进行统计学分析.结果:与对照组比较,实验组术后血糖水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01 ).结论:护理干预有利于门静脉高压脾切除术患者围手术期血糖水平的稳定.

Impact of nursing intervention on the perioperative blood glucose level of patients with splenectomy for portal hypertension

Objective: To explore the impact of nursing intervention on the perioperative blood glucose level of patients with splenectomy for portal hypertension.Methods: 82 patients with posthepatitic cirrhosis underwent splenectomy for portal hypertension.They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group(41 cases in each group).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and instruction before surgery;the patients in the experimental group were additionally provided active nursing intervention according to the operation schedule,including diet care,exercise guidance and blood glucose monitoring.The fasting blood glucose of the patients in both groups was determined on the morning of the second day when they were admitted to hospital and the blood glucose was monitored respectively in 24,48 and 72 hours after surgery.All the collected data were analyzed statistically.Results: Compared with the control group,the postoperative blood glucose level of the patients significantly decreased in the experimental group and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The nursing intervention is conducive to stabilizing the perioperative blood glucose level of the patients with splenectomy for portal hypertension.
