中医辨证施治在输卵管堵塞合并生殖道沙眼衣原体感染患者中的应用

目的:探讨中医辨证施治对红藤汤治疗输卵管堵塞合并生殖道沙眼衣原体感染保留灌肠时间及疗效的影响。方法:将85例输卵管堵塞合并生殖道沙眼衣原体感染患者按中医辨证理论分为A组25例、B组30例、C组30例,A组采用红藤汤保留灌肠,B组采用黄连红藤汤保留灌肠,C组采用附子红藤汤保留灌肠,均治疗2周。比较三组患者的灌肠保留时间及总有效率。结果:B组和C组灌肠保留时间、总有效率与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在中医辩证施治理论指导下,对伴有明显热证或寒证的患者,在红藤汤基础上分别加用黄连或附子,可明显延长保留灌肠时间,同时提高其治疗效果。

Application of the syndrome differentiation treatment in the light of TCM theory in the treatment of oviduct obstruction combined with urogenital chlamydia trachomatis infection

Objective:To explore the effect of the syndrome differentiation treatment in the light of TCM theory on the length and efficiency of retention edema in the treatment of oviduct obstruction combined with urogenital chlamydia trachomatis infection by using Hongteng decoction.Methods:85 patients were divided into group A(n=25),group B(n=30) and group C(n=30) according to syndrome differentiation of TCM theory.The patients in the group A were given retention enema with Hongteng decoction,Hongteng decoction plus Coptis Chinenesis was used in group B and Hongteng decoction plus Mankshood was used in group C.The course of treatment lasted 2 weeks.The length and efficiency of retention edema were compared among the three groups.Results:The length of retention edema and total effective rate in group B and C were significantly different compared with group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hongteng decoction plus Coptis Chinenesis and Mankshood respectively,differentiating between cold and heat syndrome under the guidance of TCM theory,can significantly prolong the time of retention enema and improve its therapeutic effect in the treatment of oviduct obstruction combined with urogenital chlamydia trachomatis infection.
