| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Orem自理模式在经鼻蝶垂体瘤切除术患者围术期护理中的应用效果.方法:对87例患者在常规护理的基础上应用Orem自理模式进行护理干预,干预内容包括建立融洽的护患关系、提高患者的心理适应能力、行为干预.结果:患者接受护理干预后抑郁和焦虑程度明显降低,治疗依从性和生活质量明显提高(P＜0.05).结论:运用Orem自理模式可以为经鼻蝶蝶垂体瘤切除术患者提供有效的围术期护理,帮助患者提高治疗依从性和生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of Orem self-care model in the perioperative nursing care of patients with transsphenoidal pituitary tumor resection.Methods: The Orem self-care model was applied to 87 patients on the basis of routine nursing care,the nursing intervention included establishing harmonious nurse-patient relationship,improving patients’ psychological adaptation ability and behavior intervention.Results: The patient’s depression and anxiety levels were significantly reduced,the treatment compliance and quality of life significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion: Application of Orem self-care model can provide effective perioperative nursing care for the patients with transsphenoidal pituitary adenoma resection and help them improve treatment compliance and quality of life. |
