中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征80例观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效。方法：选择2006年5月－2009年8月我院妇产科收治的多囊卵巢综合症80例，年龄29-40岁，平均（32．5±2．7）岁。对比两者患者临床疗效，检测两组患者治疗后促黄体生成素（LH）、睾酮（T）、促卵泡生成素（FSH）水平。结果：实验组采用中西药结合治疗，总有效率87．5％，对照组总有效率70．0％，P〈0．05，两组有效率差异有统计学意义。结论：中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征较单纯西药治疗效果显著。

Observation Research of 80 Cases of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Using Combination of Chinese Traditional and Western Medicine

purpose： discussing clinical effects of polycystic ovary syndrome by using combination of Chinese traditional and west- ern medicine; method： choosing 80 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome that are received and cured in the gynaecology and obstetrics department in our hospital during May, 2006 - Aug. 2009. Age： 29 - 40 with average 32. 5 ± 2. 7 years old. Comparing clinical effects of two groups of patients and detecting their level of luteotropic hormone （ LH）, testosterone （T） and ovarian follicle （FSH） after treatment. Result： the experimental group is treated with combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine with overall effective rate being 87.5% while that of the matched group is 70. 0%. P 〈0. 05, the effective difference between the two groups is of statistic significance. Conclusion： the therapeutic effect of using combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine for polycystic ovary syndrome is quite striking.
