心理护理结合运动疗法对复发-缓解型多发性硬化患者康复的影响

目的:探讨心理护理结合运动疗法对复发-缓解型多发性硬化患者康复的影响。方法:将49例复发-缓解型多发性硬化患者随机分为实验组24例和对照组25例,实验组给予早期心理护理干预,急性期后积极进行运动康复护理;对照组给予常规护理。观察和随访2个月后评价两组患者的精神心理状况及日常生活活动能力。结果:实验组并发抑郁/焦虑症状的概率低于对照组(P<0.05),恢复2个月后两组Barthel指数评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:进行早期心理护理干预可减轻复发-缓解型多发性硬化患者的心理负担,结合运动疗法可有效促进功能的康复。

Effect of psychological care combined with kinesitherapy on the rehabilitation of patients with relapse-remitting multiple sclerosis

Objective:To probe into the effect of psychological care combined with kinesitherapy on the rehabilitation of patients with relapse-remitting multiple sclerosis.Methods:49 patients were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=24) and a control group(n=25).The patients in the experimental group were given early psychological nursing intervention and they were provided active rehabilitation nursing care through kinesitherapy after the acute stage and the patients in the control group received routine nursing care.The mental state and activities of daily living of the patients were assessed in both groups after 2-month observation and follow-up.Results:The occurrence probabilities of complicated depression / anxiety symptoms were lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05);the difference in the comparison of the score of Barthel index after 2-month rehablitation was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The early psychological nursing intervention can reduce psychological burden of patients with relapse-remitting multiple sclerosis and can effectively promote functional rehabilitation if combined with kinesitherapy.
