| 摘 要： | 目的：观察热毒宁注射液结合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎（MP）的临床疗效。方法：将4J0例小儿支原体肺炎随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。两组均予阿奇霉素序贯治疗，治疗组加用中药热毒宁注射液，疗程5—7d。结果：热毒宁注射液结合阿奇霉素组疗效明显优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：热毒宁注射液结合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著，值得临床推广。
