优质护理服务在精神科开放式病房中的应用

目的:探讨优质护理服务在精神科开放式病房中的应用效果。方法:学习领会优质护理服务示范工程精神实质,改善住院环境,规范服务流程,改革护士排班模式,实施小组责任制护理,夯实基础护理,规范康复治疗,改革护理质量控制等措施创建精神科优质护理服务示范病房,创建前(2010年2～7月)后(2010年7～12月)采用我院护理工作满意度调查表进行调查、比较。结果:创建优质护理服务示范病房后患者总满意度及对护理服务、护理技术、护士态度、病房环境维度的满意度与实施前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:创建优质护理服务示范病房,护士服务由被动变主动,可有效地提高护理质量,提高患者满意度,同时能提升护士自我价值感。

Application of high quality nursing service to the open psychiatric wards

Objective: To probe into the effect of high quality nursing service in the open psychiatric wards.Methods: We studied and understood the essence of demonstration project of high quality nursing service in order to improve hospital environment,standardize service processes and reform scheduling model of nurse’s shift.Accordingly the group care responsibility and nursing quality control were implemented to create demonstration ward with high quality nursing service in the psychiatric department.The questionnaire designed by our hospital was used to conduct a survey and compare the degree of patient’s satisfaction with nursing service before(February to July,2010) and after the creation of the demonstration ward(July to December 2010).Results: There were statistically significant differences in the comparison of the overall degree of the patient’s satisfaction,the patient’s satisfaction at the dimensions of nursing service,nursing skills,attitude of nurses and environment of ward before and after the creation of the demonstration ward(P<0.01).Conclusion: By creating demonstration ward with high quality nursing service,the nursing service changed from passive supply to active one,thus the quality of nursing care and patient’s satisfaction can be improved effectively,moreover and the nurses’ self-esteem can be enhanced.
