HPLC法测定氯雷他定片的含量

目的 建立高效液相色谱法测定氯雷他定片含量的方法.方法 采用辛烷基键合硅胶色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(内含5 mmol·L-1的庚烷磺酸钠,用氢氧化钠试液调节pH值为5.4)-乙腈(45∶ 55),检测波长为250 nm.结果 氯雷他定在32.16~128.64 μg·mL-1范围内线性关系(r=0.999 9)良好,平均回收率为100.10%,RSD为0.71%.结论 本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于氯雷他定片的质量控制.

Determination of Loratadine Tablets by HPLC

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Loratadine Tablets. Methods XB - Cs col- umn （ 4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm） was adopted, the mobile phase was 0.05 mol ·L- 1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate （ containing 5 mmol · L^-1 sodium heptane sulfonate, adjusted pH 5.4 with sodium hydroxide ） - acetonitrile （45 ： 55 ） and the detection wave- length was 250 nm. Results The linear range of loratadine was 32.16 - 128.64μg · mL- 1 （ r = 0. 999 9 ） , the average recovery was 100.10% with the RSD of O. 71%. Conclusion This method was simple, rapid and accurate, and it can be used for the quality control of Loratadine Tablets.
