不同年龄段尿道下裂儿童心理行为问题现状调查

目的:探讨不同年龄段尿道下裂儿童心理行为问题,为进一步采取有针对性的心理干预措施提供依据。方法:采用Achenlach儿童行为量表(CBCL)对2010年1月～2011年5月收入我院泌尿外科进行手术治疗的216例尿道下裂患儿的父母进行问卷调查,评定先天性尿道下裂患儿心理行为问题。结果:216例尿道下裂患儿存在不同程度的心理行为问题,而且不同年龄段患儿的行为问题有不同特点。结论:在关注疾病治疗的同时,护士应该了解患儿的心理变化和情绪反应,给予正确、及时的关爱和引导,提高患儿心理健康水平和生活质量。

Investigation on the psychological and behavioral problems of hypospadias children patients at the different ages

Objective: To investigate the psychological and behavioral problems of hypospadias children patients at the different ages in order to provide basis for taking further targeted psychological intervention measures.Methods: Achenlach Children Behavior Checklist(CBCL) was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the parents of 216 hypospadias children who had been treated with surgical operation from January 2010 to May 2011 in our hospital and evaluated the psychological and behavioral problems of children patients with congenital hypospadias.Results: The psychological and behavioral problems existed in 216 children patients with hypospadias in different degrees and the different characteristics of the problems appeared in children patients at different ages.Conclusion: Nurses should know about children’s mental change and emotional responses besides focusing on the treatment and give the children patients correct and timely care and guidance so as to improve the level of mental health and quality of life of children patients with hypospadias.
