| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨社区护理干预对老年高血压患者自我管理状况的影响。方法:对156例社区高血压患者进行针对性护理干预,比较干预前及干预1年后自我管理情况。结果:本组高血压患者干预后自我管理水平与干预前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:社区护理干预能有效提高老年高血压患者的自我管理能力,增强保健意识,促进康复。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing intervention on the self-management of elderly hypertensive patients.Methods:156 elderly patients were given targeted nursing intervention,the situation of self-management of the patients were compared before nursing intervention and after nursing intervention for one year.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of the level of self-management after nursing intervention with that before nursing intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:The community nursing intervention can effectively improve the self-management ability of elderly hypertensive patients,enhance the awareness of health care and promote their recovery. |
