胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

目的观察胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹患者的治疗效果。方法选取2006年7月-2009年7月在我科就诊的符合入选条件的带状疱疹患者102例，随机分成2组，治疗组52例，对照组50例。2组患者均给予常规治疗，治疗组加用胸腺五肽。结果2组患者经治疗，止疱、结痂、止痛时间差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论胸腺五肽治疗带状疱疹安全有效。

Thymopentin in the treatment of Herpes Zoster

Objective To observe thymopentin in treating patients with herpes zoster.Methods From July 2006 to July 2009, 102 cases of patients qualified with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups in our department, they were divided randomly into two groups, treatment and control group, there were 52 cases in the treatment group, 50 patients in the control group, two groups of patients were treated using conventional methods, thymopentin was added in the treatment group.Results Two group patients were treated, only blisters, crusting, pain time were significantly different（P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion Thymopentin was safe and effective treatment for herpes zoster.
