| 摘 要： | 本文报告甘草酸钠和醋酸肤轻松对霉菌生长的实验观察结果。当甘草酸钠和醋酸肤轻松在2～4mg/ml时，与对照管比较，不仅红色毛癣菌生长较早，而且菌落数量也较多。此结果表明醋酸肤轻松和甘草酸钠有促进霉菌生长的作用。当甘草酸钠和醋酸肤轻松在8mg/ml时，无霉菌生长，但转种后有霉菌生长，说明有抑制霉菌生长的作用。这个结果说明，甘草酸钠有肾上腺皮质激素样作用。

| Abstract: | The effects of sodium glycyrrhizate(SG) and fluocinolone(FA) on the growth of
trichophyton rubrum(TR)were studied. When the fungus was inoculated to Sabouraud's
medium containing SG or FA, in the concentrations of 0.2 or 0.4mg/ml, the colonies of the
fungus made their appearances faster, and the number of which were greater than those in
control tubes.While SG and FA,in the concentration of 0.8mg/ml in Sabouraud's medium,
there was no growth of fungus after inoculation, but there was growth when the inoculum
was transferred to ordinary Sabouraud's medium containing none of them. The results.
suggest that SG, as well as FA, promotes growth of TR in lower eoncentrations, while in
higher concentrations, they inhibits growth of this fungus, and SG apparently possesses
corticosteroid behavior in this respect. |
