纤维肌痛综合征药物治疗临床和实验研究

目的探讨纤维肌痛综合征药物治疗的最佳方案、可行性依据及发病机理。方法90例患者随机分为A（奥贝）、B（奥贝＋阿普唑仑）、C（奥贝＋奥贝汀＋阿普唑仑）组，用不同的药物治疗；设对照D组，测定各组治疗前后的血清游离色氨酸和脑脊液中的5-HT浓度。统计学处理疗效观察指标和实验数据。结果C组疗效明显优于A、B组；C组治疗前后游离色氨酸和5-HT浓度有显著性差异，治疗前的5-HT浓度与病情总积分呈负相关。结论患者脑脊液中的5-HT在肌痛的发生中起着关键的作用，与FS的发生呈负相关。抗抑郁是治疗FS的中心环节，使用以奥贝汀为主的三联药物疗法，疗效满意。

Clinical and experimental study on treating fibromyoalgia syndrome with drug theraphy

Objective To explore the best principle,basis of drug theraphy and th e pathogenesis of fibromyoalgia. Methods We divided 90 cases of fibromyoalgia i nto A(Apo-DICLO),B(Apo-DICLO and alprazolam)and C(Apo-fluoxetine associated with alprazolam and Apo-DICLO)group of random and treated with various drugs in our clinical study. The contrast group was labeled as D group. The contents of free tryptophan in serum and 5-HT in CSF were detected. The laboratory tests and effe cts were managed by statistics. Results Contrasting to A and B group,C group ha s a evident effect after management. The contents of free tryptophan(TP)in serum and 5-HT in CSF of C group have significant difference after management. There is negative-correlation between the contents of 5-HT in CSF and total points of patients in C group before management. Conclusions It is clear that the conten ts of 5-HT in CSF of fibromyoalgia have played a very important role in muscle p ain and has negative-correlation with patients of fibromyoalgia. Applying antide pressant agent APO-Fluoxetine,the effects of management is satisfactory.
