尿路梗阻与扩张的IVP延迟摄影探讨

目的:探索不同程度肾盂积水病例的最佳摄影时间。方法:本文总结了100例尿路梗阻所致的病理性肾盂、肾盏扩张的病例均曾行常规IVP检查。结果:所有程度较重的病例在90min、120min、180min延迟拍片中均显示了尿路扩张,发现尿路结石、积水。结论:该方法提高了造影的成功率,为临床提供了有用信息,满足了诊断的基本需要。

Inquiry into Delayed Rediography of Urinary Obtruction and Extend IVP

Objective To decide the best time totake films for patients with different degrees of hydronephrosis. Forthose patients found serious hydronephrosis after taking the secondfilm, delayed examination is very important after disclosing the pressing belt, even prolonging 3 hours in some case. Methods The adicle summarized 100 cases of renal pelvis and renalcalyx and hydronephrosis caused by urinary obstruction, All patientsexperieneed IVP examination, Results All patients with serious hydronephrosis presented dilaed renal pwlvis, renal calyxand urinary drct in the films taken at 90 min, 120 min and 180 min,respectively,except that 39 patients did not go through continuous examination because of no contrast enhancement findings of one kidney in the firstfilm. 8 eases among them sere detdctde stones in urinary drcts. Oonclusion This method improved the successful possibility of contrast examination, offered clinically useful information and basicallv met diagnostie need.
