鱼腥草及其制剂的药理与免疫毒理作用研究进展

摘    要:鱼腥草是三白草科植物蕺菜的干燥地上部分,主要活性成分为挥发油和黄酮类化合物。近年来,鱼腥草注射液出现了严重的免疫毒性反应,被停止生产使用,对制药行业造成了巨大的损失。本文对鱼腥草的用药沿革、产地、栽培、有效成分和制剂方法对成分的影响、药理作用、不良反应、临床应用及免疫毒性研究进展等进行分析总结,旨在探讨鱼腥草及其制剂的药理与毒理作用,为正确认识其免疫毒性机制、研究致敏成分和改进制剂工艺及鱼腥草注射剂的临床应用提供理论和实验依据。

Abstract:Houttuynia cordata Thunb. is originated from dried aerial parts of H. cordata in Family Saururacea, and its main active components consist of volatile oil and flavanoids. At present the injection of H. cordata was withdrawn from clicinal therapy because of its immunotoxicity as a result that led to huge lost in economy for pharmaceutical industry. In the article H. cordata for its material and medication history, producing place, active components, contents affected by cultured and preparing techniques, pharmacological and immunotoxicological effects, adverse effects, clinical application and immunotoxicological research development were discussed in order to recognize its pharmacological, edible values and immunotoxicity. Thereby theoretical and experimental foundations were provided to investigate allergic mechanism, and sensitinogens to improve the pharmaceutical technology, finally to recuperate clinical application of the injection of H. cordata.
