论"名医"的培养

摘    要:在我国医疗保障体制改革如火如荼进行之际,日臻激烈的竞争使医院面临前所未有的压力,塑造和培养“名医”成为各大医院增强竞争力的重要思路。我们认为,“名医”必须具备高层次的学历与丰富的临床经验、高尚的人格与医德、高超的技术创新能力和同舟共济的团队精神。在“名医”的培养过程中,应及时发现真正的可塑之才,积极加以多渠道培养,并施行强有力的制度以激发医院员工的工作积极性和上进心,同时还应选择合适的新闻媒介,向社会进行有效的形象传递,逐步使“名医”广为人知。

Abstract:Currently the reform of medical care and insurance system is catching on like fire throughout the country and hospitals are facing unprecedented pressure under the increasingly intense competition. In order to enhance their competitive power, more and more large hospitals have planned to train and bring up their own "famous doctor" . In our opinion, a "famour doctor" shall possesses high - level education background, rich clinical experience, lofty personality and value, superb skill innovative capability as well as cooperative group spirit. In the course of training and bringing up "famous doctor" , it is important to timely find those who are really potential to be, actively train them through multiple channels and adopt efficient measures to encourage all the hospital staff to be enthusiastic and go forward in their own position. Meanwhile, it is necessary to choose appropriate mass media to introduce the "famous doctor" to the society and make them well - know.
