膀胱移行细胞癌中VEGF、bFGF及其受体的表达和临床意义

目的 探讨VEGF、bFGF及其受体在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达和临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学SABC法研究65例膀胱浅表性与浸润性移行细胞癌VEGF及其受体flk,flt,bFGF及其受体flg的表达。结果 浸润性癌组VEGF及其受体、bFGF及其受体的表达显著高于非浸润性癌组（P＜0．01）。浅表性癌组中5例复发病例5项指标均呈阳性或强阳性表达。结论 5项指标的共同表达与癌组织浸润能力密切相关。浅表性膀胱移行细胞癌中VEGF及其受体、bFGF及其受体的共同表达或高表达可作为判断肿瘤早期浸润及复发倾向的参考指标。

Expression and Clinical Significance of VEGF, bFGF and Their Receptor in Bladder Transition Cell Carcinoma

Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of VEGF,bFGF and their receptors in bladder transition cell carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical method(SABC) was used to study the expression of VEGF and receptor(flk,flt),bFGF and receptor(flg) in 65 cases of superficial and infiltrative bladder transitional cell carcinoma.Results The expressions of VEGF and its receptor,bFGF and its receptor in infiltrative group were markedly more than in non infiltrative group( P <0.01).5 indexes in 5 recurrent cases of superficial group were positive and strong positive.Conclusion The common expression of 5 indexes is closely related to infitrative ability of carcinoma tissues.The common expression or high expression of superficial bladder transition cell carcinoma could be as an indicator of judging early tumor infiltration and recurrence.
