| 摘 要： | 目的 观察热喘口服液治疗支气管哮喘发作期热哮证的疗效。方法 治疗组用热喘平口服液；对照组用桂龙咳喘宁胶囊，２组对照观察。结果 观察组临床控制显效率和总有效率分别为７４．５５％和９０．９１％，优于对照组Ｐ〈０．０５和〈０．０１；主要症状，体征的起效时间和消失时间，实验室检查的各项指标，治疗组明显优于对照组。结论 热喘平口服液治疗支气管哮喘发作期热哮证具有肯定的疗效。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effects of Rechuanping Liquid (RL) on bronchial asthma of the heat type.METHOD:RL was given to the treatment group and Guilong Kechuanning to the control and the results of the two groups were compared. RESULTS:74.55% in the treatment group were significantly improved and the total effective rate was 90.91, higher than the control ( P <0.05 and <0.01 respectively). The treatment group was also better than the control in the following aspects: the time when the major symptoms and signs appeared and disappeared and all the data obtained in the laboratory tests. CONCLUSION:RL has positive effects on bronchial asthma of the heat type. |
