血清尿酸和C反应蛋白与老年女性脑梗死后疲劳发生的相关性分析

摘    要:目的研究血尿酸(UA)及C反应蛋白(CRP)水平与老年女性脑梗死后疲劳(PSF)发生的相关性。方法回顾性选取本院2018年5月-2019年8月收治住院的老年女性脑梗死患者313例,依据是否发生PSF分为PSF组101例和对照组212例。比较两组一般临床资料,检测患者血清UA、CRP、Hcy水平,采用Barthel指数(ADL)评价患者日常生活能力。Logistic回归分析PSF发生的独立危险因素。Spearman相关分析对血清UA、CRP与ADL评分进行相关分析。结果相较于对照组,PSF组患者血清UA、CRP、Hcy水平明显增高(P<0.01)。血清UA与ADL评分呈负相关(r=-0.132,P=0.020);CRP与ADL评分呈负相关(r=-0.127,P=0.025)。结论除了血清Hcy,血清UA、CRP水平与老年女性PSF发生亦密切相关,血清UA、CRP升高是其独立危险因素之一,是影响患者预后的危险因素。

The study on the correlation between serum uric acid and C-reactive protein and fatigue after cerebral infarction in elderly women

Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid(UA)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in elderly women with fatigue after cerebral infarction.Methods From May 2018 to August 2019,313 elderly patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology of the hospital were divided into fatigue group(101 cases)and the control group(212 cases)according to whether there was fatigue after infarction.The general clinical data and serum UA,CRP and Hcy levels were compared between the two groups.Logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors of fatigue after infarction.Spearman correlation analysis was used to correlate UA,CRP and ADL scores.Results Compared with the the control group,the serum UA,CRP and Hcy levels in the fatigue group increased significantly(P<0.01).Serum UA was negatively correlated with ADL score(r=-0.132,P=0.020);CRP was negatively correlated with ADL score(r=-0.127,P=0.025).Conclusion In addition to serum Hcy,serum UA and CRP levels are also closely related to fatigue in elderly women after cerebral infarction,and elevated serum UA and CRP are one of the independent risk factors.The higher the serum UA and CRP,the lower the ADL score,and the worse the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction.
