预留不同屈光度对LASIK手术患者的影响

目的:评价术前预留不同屈光度对LASIK手术患者的影响。方法:对486眼近视LASIK手术患者进行回顾性分析。按预留屈光度不同分成3组:Ⅰ组(全矫组)219眼,Ⅱ组(预留-0.25D组)215眼,Ⅲ组(预留-0.50D组)52眼。观察术前、手术后1,3和6mo裸眼远视力和等值球镜屈光度。结果:术后裸眼视力:各组术后各时间段与术前矫正视力间无显著差异。术后等值球镜屈光度:各组1mo与3mo,1mo与6mo比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。术后3,6moⅢ组和Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组间比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:术前预留-0.25D以内屈光度6mo内对近视LASIK手术患者裸眼远视力和屈光无明显影响,术前预留-0.50D术后3mo开始影响患者术后屈光,达到预防老视的目的。

Influence of patients with various intended residual refractive power on LASIK

AIM:To evaluate the effects of patients with various intended residual refractive power on LASIK surgery.METHODS:The 486 eyes with simple refractive errors were studied postoperation of LASIK.All cases were divided into groups Ⅰ,Ⅱand Ⅲ according to the intended residual refractive power.In group Ⅰ:219 eyes were corrected completely,in group Ⅱ:215 eyes were uncorrected-0.25 diopter(D),In group Ⅲ:52 eyes were uncorrected-0.50D.The visual acuity and spherical e-quivalent refraction after operation were examined.All patients were followed at least 6 months.RESULTS:There were no significant differences between uncorrected visual acuity (UCVA) after operation 1month and3,6 months and preoperation best-corrected visual acuity (BSCVA) in all groups.Spherical equivalent refraction after operation:There were significant differences between after operation 1 month and 3 months,1 month and 6 months in every group (P<0.05);There were no significant differences between after 3 months and 6 months;There were no significant differences between Ⅰand Ⅱgroup after 3 and 6 months;There were significant differences between Ⅲand Ⅰ,Ⅲ and Ⅱgroup after 3 and 6 months(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:It does not obviously influence the UCVA and refractive power for patients with preoperation uncorrected-0.25D after operation 6 months on LASIK.It has an influence to refractive power for patients with preoperation uncorrected-0.50D after operation 3 months on LASIK.
