| 摘 要： | 目的：研究四黄三子汤的质量控制方法。方法：采用薄层色谱法对四黄三子汤中黄连、黄柏、苦参进行定性鉴别。结果：三味药材的薄层色谱鉴别呈阳性，阴性对照无干扰。结论：方法可靠，对样品的质量控制有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the quality control method of Sihuang Sanzi Decoction.Methods: Rhizoma Coptidis, Cortex Phellodendri and Radix Sophorae Flavescentis in Sihuang Sanzi Decoction were identified by TLC.Results:The three species were positive in TLC identification.Conclusion:Being simple, duplicative and specific, the method is important to the quality control of this drug. |
