多层螺旋CT血管成像对兔基底动脉痉挛模型的动态评价

摘    要:目的:探讨多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)技术显示免基底动脉的结果,为建立兔脑血管痉挛(CVS)动物模型奠定新的评价方法。方法:取日本大耳白兔25只,分为对照组(5只)和蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)组(20只),制备模型。按25mg/kg氯胺酮加复方氯丙嗪针肌注麻醉后,经耳后中央静脉穿刺注射非离子型对比剂(Omnipaque 300mgI/ml)。使用GE Lightspeed pro(16层)多层面螺旋CT扫描仪进行免基底动脉扫描,视野(FOV)9.6cm,图像后处理工作站ADW4.2版本,原始图像三维后处理技术采用容积重建(VR)和最大密度投影(MIP)。结果:25只大耳白家免行基底动脉MSCTA检查,成功率达100%;根据MIP测得实验免SHA前基底动脉长径平均17.2mm,横径平均1.56mm;VR测得实验兔SHA前基底动脉长径平均17.0mm,横径平均1.30mm;本实验同时获得了SHA后兔基底动脉痉挛的动态变化。结论:MSCTA是动态评价活体动物CVS模型的新方法。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the result of the multi-slices CT angiography (MSCTA) of the basal artery of rabbit( BA),and to determine the value of MSCTA in rabbit model of cerebral vasospasm(CVS). Methods: Twenty-five Japan albino rabbits were randomly divided into control group (5) and subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) group (n =20). After ketamine and compound chlorderazin were intramuscularly injected according to 25 mg/kg. constrast medium of Omnipaque 300 mgI/ml(dosage 2.6 ml/kg/weight) was injected into the postauricular central vein. High pressure syringe were used, injection speed was 0.4 ml/s, scanning retardation time was 15 s. BA of the rabbit underwent MSCTA by GE Lightspeed pro(16) CT scanner,field of vision 9.6 cm, workstation image postprocessing AW4.2 edition, adopt volume restitution(VR)and maximum intensity projection(MIP).Results:MSCTA of the rabbit BA were completed in 25 experiment rabbits,achieve-ment ratio was 100%.The average length of the rabbit BA was 17.2 mm(MIP)and 17.0 mm (VR).The average transverse diameter of rabbit BA was 1.56 mm (MIP) and 1.30 mm(VR).The arteriospastic series changes of the experiment rabbits BA were obtained in SHA group. Conclusion: MSCTA can satisfactorily demonstrate the BA of rabbit. It is a new means for evaluation of the in vivo animal models of CVS.
