摘    要:目的:建立化妆品中快速测定砷、汞、铅、硒的测定方法。方法:采用微波消解法消解样品,氢化物原子荧光法测定砷、汞、铅、硒的含量。结果:在最佳条件下,测定结果的RSD<6.9%(n=6),回收率范围为89.0%~103.2%,在取样量为0.5 g时方法的检出限分别为0.0047,0.0017,0.013,0.0076 mg/kg。结论:该方法简单快速,灵敏度高,可作为化妆品中微量砷、汞、铅、硒的测定方法。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the best measurement method to determine arsenic,mercury,lead and selenium in content.Methods:Arsenic,mercury,lead and selenium in content were determined by hydride generation atom fluorescence spectrometry after microwave digestion.Results:In the best condition,the results of the RSD<6.9%(n=6),recovery rate of 89.0% to 103.2%,in the sampling of 0.5 g at the detection limit 0.0047,0.0017,0.013,0.0076 mg/kg.Conclusion:The method is simple and fast,high sensitivity,can be used as cosmetics trace arsenic,mercury,lead,selenium determination.
